Mixed. I really have to push myself to exercise when it's dark outside, even indoor exercise. Some days I only have time to exercise in the morning, but recently I haven't been able to make myself get out of bed in time to do that.
I'm doing fine, but am exercising indoors more than I want to. I like going to dance classes, but I need to get more equipment for outdoor sports so I am not inside all the time.
