Shiva Rea: Yoga Shakti: Solar Flow I
For the sake of time, I left out Ha Kriya, Core, and Shoulder Openers. And as usual, I quit Backbend Flow Two after a couple of interations of Urdhva Dhanurasana, becuase after a while she starts working on Kapotasana which I suspect is a posture that I will not be achieving in this lifetime.
