I was just looking at YouTube how-to's. It seems to be a matter of rocking forward to make a pivot point of your shoulders directly over your elbows, then getting the core lift you would have in crow to pull your hips and legs up enough to make the swing through. Press down to lift up, as Ms. Nardini likes to say. That said, I didn't really get close to actually accomplishing it, though I could feel the actions in all the right places. It is definitely a combination of core strength and balance, just like Crow.
