PROUD?

A long time ago, when I still was able to watch morning shows, I saw a bit about an upper arm workout for women. I think the acronym for it was PROUD (or maybe PRIDE?), but I can't remember what the letters stand for anymore, except for a few.

Google was not helpful either for 'proud workout' or 'proud arms'.

P - pushups
R
O
U
D - dips

Anyone know the rest?

I did some pushups and dips this morning, along with abs on the balance ball, prior to walking the neighborhood loop twice while the sun was coming up. Love it when DST ends!!

I have no clue what it was originally, but I'd guess that R might be "rows" and O could be "overhead press".

U has me completely stumped, though ... "upside-down" or "underhand" something, maybe?

And most of these work the shoulders, back and/or chest as well as the upper arms -- which is a good thing, but it means it's not just an "upper arm workout."
