I had a good walk at lunch and worked with the kettlebell a bit after work.

Anyone else get some exercise in?

It's an adult beginner ballet class. Still only a few weeks into it.

I went for a short easy walk this morning, and a brisk walk this evening. Nice way to bookend the day.
