My Toes! I Can Touch Them!
Tried the standing forward bend. Still a good handlength from making fingertip contact with feet. Muscles are twinging. Sigh. It will come eventually.
Stay in position. Breathe in, breathe out, gently lower, repeat for a few rounds.
Walk around. Decide to try again.

There is fingertip contact!
WTF!!
The muscles remember!! They were so tight! But they REMEMBER!! I can touch my toes!! :D
Also:
✵ Walkies! Very short walkies.
✵ Minor stretching and resistance band exercises.
