Maybe not every day but more than I have been
Pulled out the yoga mat that hasn't seen the light of day since very early 2020.
About as rusty as expected and I didn't push too far. My goals aren't about achieving some specific number of reps; I want to be able to practice yoga more frequently and not be out of breath.
Non-yoga days are meant to involve my kettlebell or walking. We shall see.
