Catching up ...
Monday: 16 minutes on the treadmill at 2.6 mph, standard core and PT exercises.
Then I got my "FauciOuchie" #2
Tuesday: felt like I had a terrible hangover + body aches.
Wednesday: Fatigue, so no exercises, just stretches for my aching back.
