Swimming, 700 metres. Which is not much for me, but the pool was so crowded that a lot of the swimming was acutuallydog-paddling, to avoid kicking someone or cause wardrobe mishaps. And as dog-paddling is quite energy intensive, I'll count this as intervall training. :->
