Interesting because I tend to take my watch off earlier on weekends.

Weights: various presses and flys with dumbbells on a balance ball, dumbbell chop/twist
Strengthening Quads: wall sit, made it 23 seconds. I was diagnosed with patella femoralis, and told to strengthen my quads
