CK on January 11

Bollywood Burn. Pretty fun! 45 minutes of jumping around and dancing. 15 minute segment focused on buns and thighs, 15 minutes cardio, and 15 minutes dancing with more complicated choreography. High impact that can be ameliorated if you can "leap like a cat" as Shiva tells us to do on Trance Dance. I didn't like it quite as much as Bollywood Dance Workout, but still pretty good. One of the dancers was a guy this time.
