Woke up feeling very granny-ified after the previous two days of yoga, so instead of MTV Power, which was in the cue, I put in Hemalaya Behl: Yoga For Urban Living: Evening Bath. (Link goes to my review at sun_salutation. Maybe MTV Power tomorrow.
