Taking a rest day today because I ended up in after hours care last night passing a kidney stone. I am incredibly sore today and have some nice pain pills and antibiotics that are leaving me this side of zonked.

It's sad, I had plans to do a really decent walk today...

You know, I thought menstrual cramps were bad...

But at least it wasn't the gallbladder - I hear that is much worse. But I still didn't appreciate my body doing that to me last night.
