Weight lifting again. That makes it 6 days I have exercised this week (counting the 3 hours cleaning yesterday, which I totally do) \o/

Today's program, providing I am right and my barbell weighs 12 kilograms and my adjustable dumbbell bar weights 2 kilograms. 2 sets each of

  • 8 bench presses with barbell + 7 kilograms (=19 kilograms?)

  • 10 deadlifts with barbell + 10 kilograms (=22 kilograms?)

  • 12 calf raises with barbell + 10 kilograms (=22 kilograms?)

  • 12 back extensions

  • 10 dumbbell rows with dumbbells + 8 kilograms (=10 kilograms?)


Yes, I really need to weigh my equipment...
