CK for some days, not sure how many...
Sorry, have been trying to change some internet usage habits here in the resolution time of the new year, which lead to me forgetting to update.
Since December 28 or so, I have done at least 15 minutes of yoga every day except New Year's.
Yesterday morning, I tried Element: Yoga for Weight Loss. It's about 50 minutes focused on the big leg muscles for maximum calorie burn. Beginner level, with excellent instruction. Not very challenging yogically for me, but definitely challenging physically - I did sweat.
Today, Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga: Total Body Transformation and Weight Loss with Sadie Nardini. I did the preset Core Transformation session, which is one hour. 45 minutes of hard, hard work, followed by a really nice supine relaxation stretching section. Sadie's so good a pampering you at the end. And now I feel so TALL!

What makes her DVDs tough is the intensity with which she focuses on core. You WORK the abs, butt, and thighs HARD in these workouts. She is not kidding around. That said, I really like her teaching style and attitude, and she does really good closing segments to help you "receive your practice" as the yoga jargon goes.
