Sadie Nardini is a tough workout. I have three of her DVDs now, and as best I can tell, they all kick my ass. The yoga isn't so much what is difficult about her workouts. Most of the postures she uses are well within the reach of a beginner. She offers "adventure poses," but they are not the focus of the workout. Except she does work the handstands, with beginner and advanced variations.
What makes her DVDs tough is the intensity with which she focuses on core. You WORK the abs, butt, and thighs HARD in these workouts. She is not kidding around. That said, I really like her teaching style and attitude, and she does really good closing segments to help you "receive your practice" as the yoga jargon goes.
