Empty laundry basket from living room to bedroom. Full laundry basket from bedroom to living room to basement. Rotate laundry one notch clockwise. Start washer and dryer. Full laundry basket from basement to living room. Wait an hour. Empty laundry basket from living room to bedroom. Lather, rinse, repeat until there is no more dirty laundry in the house.

We are a seven-person household. I am the only one who neither will be busy all day every day between now and when they all take off for vacation nor has a busted ankle. This might take a while.

That's a lot of laundry and exactly what I'll be doing tomorrow. Way to get my stair-work in - I have three two flights to go down.

(still not done. almost done, last load's in the dryer, but not yet done. and we are not even counting everything that went to the water park today and hasn't come home yet and will be going in the washer ten minutes after it's come in the door. or anything on little sisters' floor because like fuck am I doing their cleaning for them.)
