Cross-fit this morning. Part 2 of a 3 part challenge that's taking place over a few months. I was definitely the person modifying the most, but I finished and got stats for everything except the handstand push-up. Could not get past 65lb on the snatch (we needed 3 good ones in 45 sec) but I did get 70lb twice, and I moved to a smaller helping band for the pull-ups than I've ever used before.
