Meditation workshop this morning (I thought it was going to have some yoga in it since it was led by my yoga teacher); Rodney Yee this afternoon. "Too bad you wasted your morning," my husband said, but it wasn't wasted, it was a good tune-up for my meditation practice which I really, really need to devote more attention to. And I got to tour a really beautiful, brand-new green-construction dojo/yoga studio only ten minutes from my house! So not a wasted morning at all.
