Morning yoga, one hour and 45 minutes climbing (was clumsy and having a heavy-gravity day for most of it, but then things suddenly clicked and I got a new V4 done, w00t), then two hours film shoot.
NO REALLY.
The climbing wall are revamping their website and getting all multi-media; they were doing a shoot for some video content. So I got roped at the last minute in to join the cast, and spent two hours alternately standing around and climbing the same problem again and again so it could be filmed from different angles.
I'm not sure it was exercise, but it was hilarious.
Later on, I'll be doing my rotator cuff/scapula-fixing routine.
