Just worked out for today at 10pm. I ended up doing my yoga around this time yesterday evening. I have every intention of getting up early and doing it before work, but I'm not conscious enough to remember that when my alarm goes off. Doing it straight after work would be next best, but I can never muster up the enthusiasm. Why is it so hard to do something I know will make me feel good? I don't understand.
