Moar running! Ran according to what I had planned:
750 meters run - 250 meters walk - 500 meters run - 250 meters walk - 750 meters run
I had my cell phone with me and stopped my time, which got me:
7 minutes run - 3 minutes walk - 5 minutes run - 4 minutes walk - 7.5 minutes run
I am not doing this according to the couch-to-5k plan anymore, but comparing myself to it, distance-wise, I am about at week 4, while time-wise, I'd out myself at week 5: I could definitely do W5D1 and W5D2 for time. My aim for this month was to complete weeks 2 to 4 :D
