I paused it to do some wall work before I blew out my arms. Then while SHE was doing wall work, I did shoulder openers, gomukhasana and double pigeon.
Felt awesome afterwards. That amazing, grounded, feet reaching into the Earth feeling from a really fantastic practice.

When you hit the point when you can relax into the stretch, it gets SO deep inside the hips. Really intense, but it can feel like it's releasing all sorts of deep stuff. It's actually one of my favourite poses.
