CK on November 15

Sadie Nardini: Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga Power Hour: Whole Body + Abs

I paused it to do some wall work before I blew out my arms. Then while SHE was doing wall work, I did shoulder openers, gomukhasana and double pigeon.

Felt awesome afterwards. That amazing, grounded, feet reaching into the Earth feeling from a really fantastic practice.

I believe that's the pose also known as "square pose", "firelog", or (in my brain) My Hips Are On Fire Pose:

That looks awesome in a "I can't believe I'm doing this willingly" kind of way.

*nods a lot*

When you hit the point when you can relax into the stretch, it gets SO deep inside the hips. Really intense, but it can feel like it's releasing all sorts of deep stuff. It's actually one of my favourite poses.
