That's the one! I have been working the hip openers for the last week or so, and I'm thrilled with were I was this morning. It was nicely stretchy, not painful and impossible, like it was 10 days ago. And that Sadie Nardini workout is about core, but it REALLY works the standing hip openers, which I think is why, 40 minutes in, sitting in Double Pigeon was so wonderful.
