CK on November 12

I've been needing so much sleep this week. And in my life it's usually a choice between exercise and sleep. :(

But my son needed an unexpected pickup from school today, so I got in some unusual afternoon yoga. About 45 minutes of Sadie Nardini: Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga Power Hour: Whole Body + Abs. I wanted to do the Hip Opening sequence from Fluid Power, but that's 77 minutes and I had a deadline.

Nice yoga. And got really close to Gomukhasana arms today. Not quite, but close. Hoping maybe Fluid Power tomorrow.
