10 minutes on the elliptical and then about 30 minutes of free weights and 20 minutes on the MACHINES (lateral and chest press). I've been trying to mix it up with new kinds of exercises as pretty much everybody recommends, but it is a bit sad to get into a groove with one I really like one week and then drop it.
