CK on November 7 and 8

Not much this weekend - the usual errands on Saturday, and on Sunday, I took some time to work on shoulder openers. Wow, it felt soooo good afterwards. Really. Like someone had done some serious work on my shoulders for me. Self-massage. Gotta love it.

This morning, I did 30 minutes with Sadie Nardini, then Half-Handstand, then shoulder openers, then Gomukhasana and a brief seated meditation. I forgot to take my block over to the wall for supported legs up the wall pose. Oh, well.

Am very interested in accomplishing the arms for gomukhasana, so I am going to try to be more consciencious with the sholder openers. I've had the strap out, too, working on assisted gomukhasana arms. My hands are about 2-3 inches apart still.
