A 70-minute Basic workout from Barbara Benagh's Yoga for Beginners dvd. This is a comfort food workout - it's not challenging (except for Tree pose, still, argh) but it's so nice and stretchy and restful and her voice is so wonderful. I feel all pile-of-goo-ey now, which is as its should be for a relaxing day.
Later this afternoon, for a break from reading, I may do one of the bits of Shiva Rea's Daily Energy Flow. If this nice relaxation looks like it's about to descend into sleepiness.
