As I said yesterday it was my first gym day ever, and I really enjoyed myself. I'm aiming to go at least three times a week for at least 45 minutes, for at least 30 minutes of cardio. Other days I am aiming to walk for at least 30 minutes.
I plan to start strength training, but I think I need to get comfortable in the gym space first!
I did 25 minutes running with a three-minute walking warmup and cooldown, then a 25-minute cycling program.
I think I need to get some new exercise tunes as I was falling back on Huey Lewis and the News pretty heavily.
