Apologies for the sporadic check ins! I did free weights, push-ups, a walk, and a bit of yoga -- mostly standing poses & forward bends to stretch out shoulders/back/torso. Triangle pose felt good.
Life is super crazy right now (sudden, serious family illness) so my check-ins will likely be irregular, but I am doing my very best to get some exercise in every day. It helps keep me sane.
