Total Fitness with Ravi Singh and Ana Brett. This Kundalini-style workout is such a nice change from the Hatha and Vinyasa practices I do most days. It's strenuous, particularly for the abs and shoulders, but there's lots of really useful breath work, stretching and meditation. I like having the spiritual aspects brought in,too, so I can see how what I'm doing physically is affecting me mentally and emotionally as well. Good stuff. (I'm not liking Ravi any better, but I'm tolerating him more readily.That's progress too.)
