Ran at lunch. Paying more attention to my feet - the last time I ran, it aggravated my back, making my foot go numb.
That run was slow and long, so I upped the pace for a shorter distance. Found that at higher speeds I can get my shoulders back, hips down, and back straight, and feeling comes back into my foot while running. Huzzah! Of course, good form takes lots of effort.
Did some yoga afterwards to stretch and work my upper body (getting better at Pincha Mayurasana and handstand).
