Morning yoga, then tanked myself up on Nurofen Cold & Flu and went climbing for the sake of my mental health; I kept it fairly low-key but got in a good two hours and felt much better.
And I inadvertently shocked the climbing wall staff by doing Pigeon pose with the back leg bent up as part of my post-climbing stretches; I heard "[Realname], What. Are. You. Doing?" and turned round to see them all gawping and exclaiming over how anyone could be that flexible.
I told them that really hardcore people did Royal Pigeon, and described it; they were even more appalled.
