Couch->5K: Day 2
29 minutes: 5 warmup, then 8x 1 running 1.5 walking, then 5 cooldown.
Felt more difficult than the other day, but perhaps because it was a Monday and I was super-tired.
I switched apps, and while I like the interface with this one more than the other, I like the fact that the other app is counting steps and distance. Decisions decisions.
A friend from school has expressed an interest in (virtually) joining me. Which would be good - I always do better when there's someone else to keep me sharp and accountable.
