Morning yoga, two hours climbing -- kind of laidback as I didn't get to the wall until it was late and fairly crowded.
In my morning yoga routine, I'm experimenting with trying to add in the extra chaturanga dandasana you get in some variations of sun salutations -- so you go chaturanga --> up dog --> chaturanga --> down dog. It's hard, and I'm only trying it with surya A so far.
