Bit of a disrupted day. Morning yoga, then I got in a bit of study time with my new clubbells and my Strength Rituals DVD, beginning to learn some basic moves (so different from anything else, and wow, mercilessly exposing how much weaker my left wrist is).
Then another stint of yoga in the evening, just slow deep stretches for my legs because they've been very stiff since my last gym session.
