At the library this weekend, I grabbed 10 Minute Solutions: Fitness Ball Workouts. Meanwhile, I have made my TOES really mad at me somehow. Possibly all that 30 Day Shred I was doing recently was to high impact for them? Anyway, wanted to go easy on the toes this morning, but somehow the hula video seemed too light, and I just wasn't in the mood for Trance Dance. So.
I did the lower body, core and cardio workouts. It was a good combo. The toning sections hit hard, and the cardio got me surprisingly breathless in 10 minutes. I'm nice and sweaty and ready for the shower now.
The nice thing about the structure of this video is that it moves too fast to be boring, and when you think you can't take it anymore, you can remind yourself that each segment is *only* 10 minute long, so it *has* to be over soon! :D
