CK on August 9 and 10
Yesterday was a recovery day. I haven't been getting enough sleep, and I don't think my body comes back when I don't sleep.
Today, I was also going to skip, but the evening unfolded in such a way that I was able to work on my pushups and situps. So...
Week 2, Day 1 of the hundred pushups program and Week 4, Day 1 of the two hundred situps program. Again, with counterposes: Dhanurasana and Urdhva Dhanurasana. Max pushups today was 11, situps was 40.
Hoping to get to bed early tonight so I can do some yoga in the morning.
