WooT! Back in Gear!
Today is the first time in 2 months that I have not been:
(a) too injured to do a full workout
(b) had something scheduled (work, dr, car, vet, houseguests, drop friends at airport) during my workout time.
Yesterday morning I cleared off my treadmill and put a lot of stuff away.
Today:
Standard arms and abdominals
1 mile on the treadmill @2.1 mph.
It feels great to be back in the swing of things! Snoopy Dance!
