About a month ago I requested New Rules of Lifting for Abs from inter-library loan, and it finally arrived on Wednesday and I started flipping through it. I blame rydra_wong for my being excited about one of the workouts requiring Turkish Get-ups.
I'm not done with NRoLfW, but I started doing the dynamic warm-ups and stabilization exercises and just leaving out the strength training so I can do them on my non-lifting days -- doing some modified planks with one leg up or a leg and an arm up, and wow, those are much harder. Awesome.
