This is actually for yesterday:

Handstand training! Inspired by recent comments, I tried half-handstand, but with my feet quite a bit higher than here: http://www.yogaflavoredlife.com/styles-poses/intimidated-by-inversions-start-out-with-half-handstand.html .

Also body-weight lunges, some pushup training and one-legged squats. My butt hurts :D
