TGUs, up to 22.5# on the last set. I think I was a rep short; I counted one fewer, but I also lost count in the middle and settled on the lower of the two numbers that I might have been on.
I was short on time after the TGUs, but since I was sore after doing them the week I did not do intervals after lifting and was not sore the week I did do intervals after lifting, I did two minutes of tabatas on the bike. Might have been able to push myself for a third minute, but I was already starting to feel like I was dragging after two, so four was probably right out. We'll see how I do with four minutes when I haven't been holding heavy things over my head beforehand.
