Morning yoga, then I went with a friend for a swim in the Serpentine Lido. I love, love, love being able to swim in a lake in the middle of the inner city.

Note: "swim" here means "half an hour's very slow breaststroke with my face well out of the water, watching out so as not to swim into a swan by mistake."
