From the last workout? Not really -- I'm pretty much lifting at my max, so since I didn't want to really push going to failure I only managed to crank out a few more reps than the eight I was doing for each set before.
Except push-ups -- I got to twenty on those. Which I had been able to do before, though I hadn't been doing them with my feet elevated. I'll have to see if my normal push-ups improved any. (I had been doing the 100 push-ups program before I started lifting weights but kept getting stuck improvement-wise and never finished.)
