Missed another spin class this morning. Lost track of time last night and I couldn't face getting up after only 4 hours of sleep to exercise. Missed Tuesday too.
I find it so hard to get into any habit of exercise and it's so fragile and easy to disrupt. Within a week, it's harder and harder to "find time" or "make time".
