Piecemeal cardio -- my shoulder ached on the arc trainer and rowing, and my hip was weirdly twingey on the recumbent bike. Meh. But, weights for upper and lower body.
And I tried the plank, Rydra_wong? Holy buckets, that is NOT TRIVIAL.
