CK on December 29

Last night, caught about 10 minutes of lunar yoga before bed.

This morning, 15 minutes of self-motivated vinyasa, followed by handstand work and shoulder stretches.

Still not getting the full morning workout, due to disrupted sleep patterns. Well. Tonight is another opportunity for a full night's sleep, and tomorrow is another day!
