I went to the bouldering hall and did all the very easy problems (12), attempted 5 easy ones and solved 2 of them.
Then my arms were too tired for another, but for good measure I did a few deadlifts, box step-ups and box push-ups in the bouldering halls brand new weight room.
I am very happy with that workout!
