Same Fluid Power - Hip Opening sequence from Monday, except today I did most of the Fluid Backbend Flow as well.
Also, before my shower, I used the closed bedroom door to do a half-handstand to start getting the feel of having my hips over my shoulders.
I swear, along with being 132 pounds and 28 inch waist when I turn 40, I *will* be able to do a handstand! (And hopefully 100 pushups!) :D
Just for funsies, I'm about to do the test for 200 situps. UPDATE: And the number was 40.
UPDATE to July 29: Just to round out the set, I did two sets of 10 x 60 degree pushups. Arms not too bad today, though this morning's sun salutations should make *tomorrow* a joy. I'm thinking Bollywood, or possibly Trance Dance, or maybe just a little writing tomorrow morning...

If you can do half-handstand and bakasana, you've got all the strength and balance you need for handstand, so I'm betting you get it soon.
(I forgot to say, along with the bolster and other tricks, it can help to get someone to "spot" you a few times initially -- catch your feet when you kick up and gently get them to the wall and help stabilize you, so you can get the feel of it.)
